Attending a conference at the hotel. Internet was a hassle (had to call technical support 4 times in 2 days), the TV was out in the entire hotel for over 5 hours one evening, the shower water temp was lukewarm and the sink drain ran extremely slow. Little details that I would not have expected at a hotel of this caliber. On the good news side, the staff has been friendly & helpful, the room & bed is very comfortable and the facilities are very nice.

This Resort is amazing, from the time you pull your car up to the front doors your cares just melt away! I was in awe over how I was treated. Everywhere I turned someone was there to take care of every need. The staff was just great. The rooms are beautiful and the pool view extraordinary! Lazy river so relaxing bring your own tube or purchase theirs for 7.00 and keep it. The most beautiful pool setting ever so tranquil and tropical. I just cant say enough great things about this Hotel I will truly be back! It is quite the find in Orlando. Your are so close to everything yet you are in your own oasis just far enough away to relax. Oh and dont forget to order the chicken nachos at quench! THE BEST!

This was my first and only time in the JW Marriott in Orlando,and honestly i liked it so much.The hotel is beautiful including the lobby,my room,the swimming pool and the food was good and the front desk was friendly.I just stayed for 4 days for The Salsa Congress.The overall hotel experience meet my standards.I would recommend it to anyone.I'll stay there again whenever i have a chance.It was a beautiful experience.

The hotels staff told us we could eat at anywhere on the property for the "kids eat free" package we purchased. This was not true. We ate at "Primo" and were told later that they did not honor the program. For breakfast only the buffet at Primo was offered for the kids free but the adult cost was $25 per person. The for was not good and very expensive. Be careful of this offer and get the facts straight first would be my advise.
