- From April 8, 2008 to April 30, 2009, a number of resort service areas will be operating in modified settings while new outlets are under construction. All Marriott Brands in North America, with the exception of Marriott Vacations Club International, have a smoke-free policy. Guests are permitted to smoke in designated areas outside the building.
